2-days Congress Ticket	30 EUR (incl. tax) will be charged for every registration and will be converted into a donation to benefit the Arthrex Foundation (in cooperation with “Plan International”).

Payment
Payment should be made in Euro (€) by bank transfer with your registration. As soon as we receive your payment, your
congress participation will be confirmed in writing. Registrations after March 31, 2007 can not be guaranteed.

General Terms and Conditions
The payment transfer should clearly state the name of the congress “ArthroCologne”, the name(s) of the participant(s) and
your customer number (if known). Receipt will follow after payment.
The registration fee will not be refunded, but converted into a donation for the Arthrex Foundation, even in case of non-participation.
Social program bookings are refundable until March 31,2007.

Special rates have been fixed for congress participants in various hotels.
